Combat Overdrive is a top-down arcade car combat game from JLG Games. Blast through enemy vehicles, tackle giant bosses and keep your car alive across changing roads and landscapes.

• Battle ten bosses across Easy, Medium and Hard difficulty.
• Brave narrow icy mountain passes, bridge jumps, volcanoes and police pursuits.
• Upgrade your car at the hover workshop and combine guns, missiles, shields, smoke and oil.
• Earn the Flock Smart Bomb and unleash a flock of explosive flying sheep.
• Play with a keyboard or Xbox controller. The browser demo also supports touch controls.

The free browser demo gives you five minutes of active gameplay per run and can be replayed. The full Windows game is $5.00 and removes the demo time limit.

This game is in active development. Expect updates, and please report bugs or share feedback.

Windows installation

Download the Windows ZIP, extract the entire folder, then run CombatOverdrive.exe. Keep the supplied files together. A 64-bit Windows PC is required.

Controls

Keyboard: arrows or WASD to drive, Space to fire, Shift for turbo, J to jump, H for shield, M for missiles, O for oil, C for smoke and E for the Flock Smart Bomb once earned. See the in-game controls screen for controller and touch instructions.
